Wu Tong is the president of (China/Korea) Tyson Foods. He graduated from Tsinghua University majoring in Civil Engineering.

Dr. Xinglian Xu is a full Professor and doctoral supervisor of the College of Food Science and Technology, Nanjing Agricultural University. She is also the Deputy Director of the National Center of Meat Quality and Safety Control. Professor Xu has been engaged in teaching, scientific research, and social services regarding meat processing and quality control. In the past few years, she has undertaken over thirty projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key Research Program of China, the China Agriculture Research System, and the Technical Innovation Program of Jiangsu province.
