He can grasp the pulse of China layer market accurately and construct the marketing strategy system of China layer.
He has advanced consciousness and the courage to innovate. He is dedicated to promote the healthy and orderly development of China poultry industry passionately. In recent years, he has lectured more than 1,000 times in total, published 18 articles in domestic core journals, and won 4 provincial and ministerial awards and 1 education fund award from China Agricultural University. -

As senior vice president, Mr. Wu led all business activities in China, including business development, finance and operations, and is responsible for the business results in China.
He is an outstanding leader in the meat industry with great vision and strategic vision. Over the past 27 years, Mr. Wu has served as a key leader in advancing Keystone’s business to a new level, including establishing new operating bases, building new partnerships, and moving Keystone’s business from the South China to the North China.

In September 2002, he was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Haicheng Wellhope. In January 2003, he was promoted as General Manager of Haicheng Wellhope. In 2006, he was promoted as the General Manager of Haicheng Xinzhongxin Feeds Co.,Ltd. and the Marketing Director of Wellhope. Mr. Qiu was named the Vice President of Shenyang Huakang Animal Husbandry Co,. Ltd. in January 2007. In 2008, he challenged the work of broiler industrialization project as a pioneer and founder of Wellhope Industrialization Projects. Now, Wellhope has ranked No.1 in the slaughter number, meat production volume, and raw meat export volume in China. Wellhope plans to slaughter 1.5 billion broilers with 2 billion yuan profits, and 300 thousand tons of prepared food product till 2029. Wellhope hopes every Chinese can taste Wellhope chicken in the future, and dedicate to become the supplier of safe and high-quality meat food. -

Professor Xu has been engaged in teaching, scientific research, and social services regarding meat processing and quality control. In the past few years, she has undertaken over thirty projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key Research Program of China, the China Agriculture Research System, and the Technical Innovation Program of Jiangsu province. Furthermore, she has won a total of fourteen national, provincial, and industry-level awards for technological accomplishments. Notably, she was awarded the Second Prize in National Science and Technology Progress Awards twice. Professor Xu has published more than SCI 200 papers as corresponding authors. She also applied for many patents, 36 of which were granted. She additionally served as the editor-in-chief or assistant editor for six textbooks and monographs, including "Chilled poultry meat processing technology", "Meat Science".
